Do I need a paid VitalSentinel plan to book?

No. Consultations are bought separately from monitoring, and the Free plan is enough: 1 domain, all 12 modules, no credit card.

You just need a VitalSentinel account, because booking and payment happen inside the app, under "Need expert help?" in the top bar.

What if the consultation does not help?

One-time consultations carry a results guarantee.

Implement every change we agree on, and if your site sees no measurable improvement within 6 months of full implementation, we refund the fee.

How soon can I get a session?

Slots open from 24 hours out. One-time sessions can be booked up to 14 days ahead, and weekly subscribers up to 4 weeks ahead.

What actually happens in a session?

A 60-minute one-to-one video call over Google Meet.

You get a calendar invite with the meeting link, and you can add notes beforehand so the time goes on your problem rather than on background.

How many sessions does the weekly plan include?

One 60-minute consultation every week.

Weeks run Monday to Sunday and sessions do not carry over, so a week you skip is a session you lose rather than two you can take later.

Between sessions you have a private Slack channel with your expert, so questions do not have to wait for the next call.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.

Canceling a one-time consultation returns a credit you can put toward a future session rather than a cash refund.

Weekly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and your remaining sessions stay available until the end of the billing period.
