Can I try VitalSentinel before paying?
Yes! Our Free plan is always free - no credit card required. Use it as long as you like to evaluate VitalSentinel. It includes all 6 monitoring and 3 analytics tools, just with lower limits.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. Once you reach your limit, new URLs can't be added and additional events won't be recorded until you upgrade or the next billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Currently we offer monthly billing only. Annual plans with discounts are coming soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
